At Number Artist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art; if your purchase doesn't fit your vision, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
